Xtext2: Missing NAMED_BUILDER_SCOPE

The constant NAMED_BUILDER_SCOPE has been moved from org.eclipse.xtext.scoping.impl.AbstractGlobalScopeProvider to org.eclipse.xtext.resource.impl.ResourceDescriptionsProvider.
